Spurs & Bremen Both ‘Riddled’ With Gout

Werder Bremen announced today their list of players unfit to play in tonight’s fixture totals 11. In an exclusive interview earlier this morning with Thomas Schaaf the  Bremen coach I was told, ‘Zey are alles die ganze Zeit betrunken H, meine alte mate.’

‘Zer Füße areswollen und nutzlos.’ Tom went on,  ‘Ich bin eine bit kippered.’

This of course is a malaise not unique to those Sausage Side but here too in these once proud, Spectic Isles.

Arry Redschnapps announced that their was a question mark over Gareth Bale after a shoulder of Gordons Gin injury was picked up at the Emptycrates  and admitted Raphael Van Der Vaart is, ‘struggling’ with a half case of vintage Champagne.

The consequences of tonight’s game are straightforward enough. If Werder Bremen lose they exit the competition. If Spurs win then they will have qualified for the next round. Hurrah. The outcome of what other permutations lead to are beyond me.

Here’s some crazy bets to exaggerate that end of the month fiscal pinch when none of ’em come in! There’s a free £20 bet if you drop a tenner in the links, btw.

“We want to get as far as we can for the fans and for us as well.”

    Bale.

Big day for our ‘arry tomorrow – in court trying to get tax case thrown out, if unsuccessful the case will be heard in april.

    All we need

“I think we all want to stay there but we all have to be realistic. There are only four places in England and there are seven or eight clubs competing. There are probably two clubs you could say are guaranteed to be in that top four. You then have two places for six clubs. The odds are stacked against you. But what we won’t do is jeopardise the club to challenge to be one of those two. You can’t run the club on the basis of being in the Champions League. “Often people say you just need an extra player. It doesn’t work. It’s about the team. I like to think it’s important to run the club in the right way. It’s not just about today; it’s about the future generation of fans. You have to protect the club.”

Sod that Levy, this year is our chance.

Glad that the pressure is off us now in the champs league and we can focus on the PL now. Not certain we’ll come away with much at twente but at least we’ll be relaxed for the game and that might be a plus for us…
Liverpool next and we gotta keep that winning momentum up. So no effing around for real

so that is what a clean sheet is

    i’d almost forgot

harsh on defoe stranger the guy has been injured for ages and he is a greedy selfish striker,he won’t change

    like it or lump it

    • MysteriousStranger says:

Not harsh. Fair. His prior injury is not relevant – unless you are referencing some little known brain injury he got 10 years ago. I’d like to see the little fuc<er pass when shooting is clearly not the best option.

In other words, improve his all round game. Do you think he can do it?

      • Kojac says:

well he can but i doubt he will,he is a greedy selfish little striker

crouch is a stupid beanpole, its what they are

i hear people complaining about modric giving the ball away but he is a playmaker, defoe will rarely pass but he does sometimes i remember him slipping someone through with a great pass earlier in the season,i forget to who now

it reminds me of romario the greediest striker ever but then he was romario
