Play Caulker in the cup games and get him playing and training alongside Daws/King/Gallas/Woody to gain experience.

Sorry HH but I’m with Toby and Joelspur on this one.
Its a bit desperate to start berating our most successful manager in 20 years because he paid a complement to player you don’t rate too highly.
I’m not saying every decision Arry’s ever made has been right but most have. It strikes me that a good scale to measure a manager on is points scored against money spent. I don’t have the figures but I’d bet ‘Arry rates amongst the top few in English football.
My assessment of Arry is largely very positive as a brief scout through the archive will show. I am however fed up with him saying stupid things. I think that is a fair comment.
