The Return Of Zokora!

You can’t keep a good man down.

That’s what she said.

It has emerged from sources in Italy that the old boy is very possibly set for a return to the Premiership. Unfortunately, or fortunately dependent upon how you care to call it, it is unlikely to be to Tottingham. It’s Steve Bruce’s Sunderland who are the suggested destination.

He was the frustrating player of all times. He had speed – but was fitted with a device that made him fall over the closer he got to the opposition’s penalty area. He had a hell of a shot in him –  but his shooting was nothing shy of bizarre. No matter how much time he had his shots were uniform. They all went into outer space.

Didier will be included in football’s Soccerthaurus™
Zokora n. (Zock-horror) Ivorian device for removing pigeons from stadium rooves.

Zokora couldn’t pass or shoot well but his drives from midfield with the ball were good to watch. Shame he didn’t do it everytime he got the ball because the opposition usually couldn’t deal with it. 10x the player jenas is

Can’t believe all the Crouch bashing, have none of you ever watched a game with Pav on the pitch, it’s no coincidence our end of season slump coincided with our “quick the windows coming, play Pav so someone might finally buy him” panic selection. Neither are good enough but Pav makes Crouch look like Pele!

As for worst ever yid, I’d have to go with one of dozzell docherty or jenas (if for no other reason then because he insists on taking free kicks then attempting to hit Gary Mabbutt with them! (most of the people who have commented here won’t get this as you actually need to go to a match to know where Mabbs sits!))

Pav is spurs best striker by far, and it would be interesting to see where we’d of finished this season had he got more game time (top 4 I reckon). Crouch is useless, he can’t header the ball well, he can’t shoot and he needs 3 touches of the ball to any average players 1. Also wen h plays we tend to just lump the ball in the air making the qualities of the likes of modric and vdv redundant. Yes pav may not put in a lot of effort but hes a striker 1st and his stats for this season is impressive compared to his game time.

…..How about Gary Doherty people! The only player who was listed as both a striker AND a centre back…….. just shocking!

Actually someone “accidentally” named him “kakora” which was quite apt IMHO.

As for the loslorenzo Bale comment: I have never seen a player whom his opponents were so determined to injure as Bale so STFU
