The Barclays Premier League, already in an advanced state of meltdown has been shaken to it’s very core this afternoon.

Rumour upon rumour have frayed the nerves of the toughest of men. News of confirmed transfers are thin on the ground. 3MP is currently being goaded into the back of a white van by a pair of  Senior Keepers from London Zoo. Kieron Dyer is discussing terms with Holby City and Jermaine Jenas has locked himself in a female toilet cubicle in Brent Cross shopping centre.

Despite repeated pleas from Arry Redschnapps, no improved bids from Cheatski have emerged. However HH understands that the player has decided to take matters into his own hands. Levy & Co.’s Imperial Guard have been scrambled and are blocking the Kings Road.

SSN captured the moment the Croatian broke free.

Deadline Day Quote of the day from White Hart Lane…..”It’s deadline day, it’s wheeler-dealer Wednesday, and once again Arry’s twitching like a blind lezzer in a fishmongers.”

    so parker confirmed then,how much?

cameron to stoke,we really are going to keep crouch aren’t we,he is a nice fella but i want him out the club

when you think about harry plaing crouch and vdv against city, how immobile is that especially when the wingers are not in the tactics somehow

i hope we get rid of a few and bring in a couple more,it will all be on loan i guess which is a shame, can’t build a team and spirit with loan players

Just seen that in the transfer window to date Citeh have sold/loaned/retired/released 19 players, while bringing in five, including quite a few respectable names.

Not one transfer fee has been disclosed. Bearing in mind that Citeh are already being investigated for dodgy valuations of their deal with Etihad, I can see tghis as a perfect way to comply with FFPR, as long as there are plenty of brown envelopes.

is platini telling companies how much they can sponsor and advertise now,his power knows no end

      • SpurredoninDublin says:

He is not telling them how much they can spend. He is questioning the fact that the owner and the sponsor (same person) have signed a sponsorship deal that when compared to other similar deals, appears to be about twice as lucrative as is normal. There are strict limits under FFPR how much an owner can put into a club.

It therefore raises the question, “Is this a bogus deal to circumvent the limits that the owners can inject into the team”? As has been suggested elsewhere, it is to stop things like the owner paying £1mill for a bottle of coke to get around the rules.

        • kojac says:

          so he is then,right

        • kojac says:

also strict limits on platinis FFP until barca, madrid or milan don’t like something and will go to the EU courts to get their way

if i bought, owned and run a football club platini can go f*&k himself

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

No: What he is saying, is that you cannot use phoney devices to circumvent the rules.

        • kojac says:

we see things differently then,he could have shared the CL cash around years ago to make things fair and i rust he will be investigating madrid, utd, liverpool and numerous others if he is serious about ffp and debt

          but lets enjoy the window

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

We may well see things differently, but more importantly you try to put words into my mouth.

You may well be right in what you are saying, but that is not what I am saying.

        • kojac says:

          yeah,sorry

          just like venting on platini

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

          Understood. No problem. Pax Vobiscum

  • rich g says:

  • Seppoyiddo says:
