Tottenham Hotspur F.C. are in the process of scheduling an international exhibition game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore this July.

The English Premier League team is eyeing a three-city U.S. tour, with Baltimore and Los Angeles among the cities poised to host games.

A schedule has not been finalized. Tottenham’s opponents, too, have not been determined.

Diane Pelkey  Under Armour Inc.  spokesperson.

Under Armour are of course the Baltimore based  sportswear maker who have of course just sealed a multi-year deal to provide jerseys and other team apparel to the  Tottingham.

Ravens President Dick Cass has said the team wants to bring international soccer back to the stadium in 2012 after not hosting a game in 2011. International soccer exhibitions were played at the 71,000-seat M&T Bank Stadium in 2009 and 2010.

So far Tottingham officials declined to comment. Mark Burdett, vice president of corporate sales and development for the Baltimore Ravens , M&T Bank Stadium’s primary tenant, has also declined to comment.

Tottenham last toured the U.S. in 2010, playing in Santa Clara, Calif., and at Red Bull Arena in Northern New Jersey. Last year, the team toured South Africa.

Previously HH announced Michael Dawson’s deal first with Under Armour HERE.

Is there something wrong with Azza, the last three matches, he seems to shirk taking people on? When a tackle comes in he jumps out of the way; carrying an injury I guess/hope.

unfortunate for the Baltimore ravens the presidents name is Dickass could be a potential woolwich connection as all things with an arse connotaion gravitates towards them

I may be in the minority in getting a bit excited at the prospect of Spurs in Baltimore. A childhood friend of mine lives there and it would be a great example of two-bird-one-stone. What’s more, he’s a designer for Under Armour. Can you say corporate hospitality? (wrings hands in eager anticipation)

But first, the Aussie open finals. Come on Djoko!

Don`t like the idea of Nadal adding weight to the top of the racket, equates to tampering with a golf club or a boxer with weight in his gloves.
Should be as per manu apart from string tension.
      Strikes of desparation.

It has pros and cons. As long as there are limits to how far you can take it it’s fine with me.

If everyone had to play with exactly the same racket, it would favour those to whom that racket is most suited. It goes without saying that a 6’2″ player can’t use the same racket as a guy who’s 5’8″.

But yeah, there do have to be limitations, which I believe there are.

Adding 4gms of weight for the match against Djorkovic is wrong. He should play the whole competition with the same equipment.

      • Razspur says:

Not that it`s making any difference to the result but it`s still fundamentally wrong.
