Good morning.

Arry’s come out and defended the boy Bale, saying he’s no diver I see. Well Aitch I hate to be the first to break it to you old girl, but he is a bit of a diver.

I don’t believe  intrinsically that the lad’s a cheat, he strikes me as a decent sort. More a case of Gaz having become increasingly fed up with frustrated players who can’t catch him fair and square giving him the odd trip up, the odd push.

We keep getting these comparisons to Christiano Ronaldo being made about him, but it’s important that Bale ensures that he isn’t tarred with the same ‘cheat brush’ as the Portugeezer.

Here’s my mob for the Mancs then…

Given the inherent speed and potential for goals in this side there is no need for two strikers. This also leaves us with an attack minded bench if required.

The back four is cobbled together, but then it is difficult to remember a time when it wasn’t.

All that remains to be said is that Bale needs to get chalk on his boots and if Dawson or Benny are caught hoofing they agree to being executed live in the centre circle at full time. Method of death tbc but it will involve a threshing machine and some Des O’Connor records. Commentary by Eddie Waring and Stuart Hall.

Eyecatcher bets Anytime goalscorers Niko Kranjcar 7/2, Younes Kaboul 7/1 and 1-1 at half time is a handy 6/1 prices from Boylesports.

You could always try and tempt a Wet Spammer on here for some pre match sport. Nothing like an oily cockeny geezer for a bit of blood letting. Its a bit like throwing a couple of dogs and a cat into a phone box.

    Picture the scene.

Tottenham Hotspur, enjoying their finest season for decades, have just gone 3-2 down, having been 2-0 up, at the Empytcrates… things are starting to unravel, badly…

HR: “Crouchie, Crouchie – where’s Crouchie? Let’s get Crouchie on…”
KB: “Err… you sold him last year, boss…”

In amongst the doom and gloom, we should remember we are still third in the table, 4 points clear of our closest rivals and with a game in hand.
We have also played all of our competitiors for a top 4 spot except for Chelsea whom we have to play away and Man U tomorrow.
Our remaining games are now looking favourable in comparison to most of our competitors.
Last but defo not least we are two home games away from a cup semi final at Wembley and we are probably the best team left in the competition.
Yes, last week’s result took the wind out of our sails but there is still plenty to play for and look forward to.

Being of a certain age (30) I can only recall seeing usbeat Utd twice. After last week I have no expectations for tomorrow. Parker out, King,Walker,Bae, Sandro,Lennon,Bale,VDV and Ade all less than 100% fit.

I’dgo with Sandro and Livermore holding, And leave out anyone that is likely to make their injuries worse. If that means seeing Nelsen,Rose,Krank, etc then so be it. Let’s get our key players fit for the coming weeks rather than risk them in a game we’re likely to lose anyway.

Please correct me if I’m wromg.
