We need 3 points, so I’d prefer to see an attacking setup, although all the signs are pointing to Modders to LM and Bale to LB, with Livermore in the middle. I’d prefer Bale to LB and Gio to LM, but I can never see Harry start with Gio – perhaps he can put on another defensive midfielder when we are chasing the win?
Lets clear out some of the squad to pay for players that will improve it. Defoe, Jenas, Gomez all need to go. That should pay the wages for Remy or someone of that quality when you add it to the money we got for Pav. Saha & Nelson were free transfers.
