‘Chaos At The Lane’ Warning From Football’s Elite

Good morning.

Reading The Sun since Arry was vomited out of The Lane has been a bit like watching King Lear performed by wee Jimmy Krankie. Not believable and once you’ve rolled your eyes, not even funny.

Arry’s pals are as subtle as brick. Apparently our gallant lads are already plotting a revolt with senior players having allegedly spoken to Chelsea players who have been warned, ‘ was a nightmare to work with and told them to steer well clear of the Portuguese coach.’

Many Tottenham players are already unhappy at Redknapp’s shock sacking last Wednesday.

LM: No like Mr Harry leaving. He tell me Mr Roman banknotes very crispy.

The idea that the players give a solitary flip who comes in is laughable. Okay, if either balloon animal specialist Ian Holloway or man at Paco Rabanne Phil Brown were unveiled I could see a few transfer requests being handed in.

As long as the wheelbarrows of cash are still delivered on time their hearts won’t skip a beat.

The funniest bit of course is that the author of this seminal piece of garbage then goes on to recommend Laurent Blanc, proudly boasting of his 23 unbeaten run as supremo of the French national side. This is the same rag that scoffed at England’s draw with the French with the headline, ‘Yippee! We Got A Draw.’

Interestingly another Sun article lies a quote from Kranjcar that I had missed. “We all saw Harry going to England. We were all surprised England didn’t make a move for him at that stage.” So much for the speculation not affecting the players. They were (as we all knew anyway) all convinced he was off then.

The same sentiments are expressed by a man sporting history will remember for having a surname that rhymes with ‘potty’, Tony Cottee talking to the functional alcoholic Alan Brazil on talkSPORT this morning.

The sooner a new manager is installed and we can move on, the better.

Relax chaps. It is all part of Levy’s masterplan to jettison the deadwood – Uh “I’m expected to train hard and follow tactics all for just £50k a week – I’m outta here!!” Go tear ’em and the pro-Redknapp press whores a new one Danny. COYS

  • The William Hill’s price for Laurent Blanc (a repro of Savignon Blanc 1960-61) has come down to 5’s.

The Sun can shine where the sun doesnt shine for all I care. I think Blanc’s style (of watching the game) will suit us. AVB looks more like a surveyor on site than a manager while Blanc definately has that Nicholson look of command.

      Fellow Spurs fans
It’s The Sun. I live in Australia and even I know it’s a piece of shite rag that my cat wouldn’t piss on if we were out of litter.
Don’t panic! I know I’m not expecting Dan the man Levy to start issuing press releases to appease us fans, he will tell us what’s going on when he’s able to. The business comes first. We aint got no share price to worry about now we’re delisted so the press can fook right off. Until then just ignore the tosh, chillax, smoke a doobs and wait for the hopefully good news.

Whoever said Laurent Blanc could be renamed Lilyblanc needs a free hat and coat from Aitch. He’d be worth bringing in just for the shits and giggles.

I just hope Levy hasn’t lost the plot on this one, has had a long time to think about a replacement since redsnapp was to have suppossedly gone. Have not seen anything in Blancs or AVB’s teams to make me sit up and listen. Now the German manager he looks like a man who means business. Klinsmen did he ever really make it to the big time in all the managerial roles he has had?? Sad brenden rogers has gone. To be honest the only one i trust at the moment as not being a big gamble is Moyes. Not sure about capello his English will probably let him down again. Bilic could keep modric for us

I don’t believe for a minute that Levy & Co will set themselves up to be shot down by the press.

When you scratch beneath the surface the whole AVB thing is not a anywhere near a done deal. It’s a case of agents talking up. The club haven’t said anything – because there is nothing to say.

Levy is keeping a very close council and really only he, Lewis and possibly one other know what’s what.

With this in mind, AVB has some work to do in order to push himself ahead of the chasing pack. As promising as he may be, he is not the outstanding candidate. My money is on Blanc.
