Boa noite. That is your actual Portugese that is.

Word from where words come from are that AVB’s much publicised online, ‘hello everyone, this is me at an airport!’ snaps are actually relevant.

The boy VB is the the first through the doors for talks and I’ll tell you this… if true, then what a relief. His CV isn’t exactly what you’d call exhaustive but by the power of Greyskull it’s better than Martinez’s’s’s’s.

If he can’t oblige Levy & Co.’s criteria then I want Capello.  The only blemish on his CV is …oh hang on… there’s a pattern emerging…. ladies & gentiles, may I un-proudly present… John Cadmeister Terry.

So Mr Hotspur. You had the affrontery to slam the ‘be careful what u wish for brigade’ and so you embrace the idea of a failure at Chelsea and a 3rd rate striker from the Dutch league as the ‘great new beginning’. Why don’t you just accept that your hatred for Harry has blinded you to the reality of our situation. We now appear to have exactly what Levy wanted; a yes man to do his bidding in silence whilst spitting out soundbites about ‘projects’ and ‘solutions’. Your wish has come true. In 6 months when its all gone wrong have the credibility to admit it.

I must be honest I think you’re nuts.

You are tell me I’m wrong to be happy we’re shot of Arry as you can predict the future.

Arry was binned for a very simple reason. He was vain and incompetent. Jose is vain, but he has a brain. Ian Dowie isn’t vain, but he’s thick. Do you follow me?

You use the word affront like some 1940’s school teacher and you swerve facts to suit your ‘doomsday’ scenario.

Stick with the past, it’s easier to analyse. Arry cost this club £30M+ in cold blood and instead of keeping it zipped like a good little bitch, he ran to the media endlessly. Did you actually keep a track of what he was up to?

Modric & Bale are obviously vital to our immediate future. Why in the name of God was this cockney spiv ‘chatting’ about their future with the press? It’s insane. No other manager behaves like this.

Redknapp made Ian Holloway look considered.

So you and your 6 months can shine my shoes.

I liked Harry at the start. But he turned out to be a totally unsavoury spiv. He isn’t popular with any Spurs fan i know personally and has tainted his ‘reputation’. In his column today,in the daily comic The Sun, he declares that when he left West Ham the chairman turned the club into a prison. He was a saviour at Potsmouth, a god at southampton. Good luck to Redknapps next set of fans

in my circle of approx 10 season tkt holders, good loyal long standing 20/30 yr plus fans, we all support the decision to sack arry. we know the great record he had and we thank him for that but we support DL’s decision. Just saying.

      • Lilywhite London says:

No he wasn’t, sacked for being ‘vain’ ?? What on earth are you on about? He wanted to build a league winning side and use the moment to win something, Levy won’t finance that with the stadium etc on the way. Simple as that.

It’s obvious you didn’t like ‘Arry’, but what does it mater if he’s a ‘Cockney’ or will talk to the press? What does that matter at all? He got us our highest ever Premeir league placings and nobody will ever take that away from him.

All the Harry haters are getting all enthusiastic about AVB because they have to. When AVB was floundering at Chelski we were rippting it up in 3rd, playing the best football in the league under the ‘ghastly Cock-er-ney’ Harry. If someone would have said “give Harry the boot and get that hapless bollocks talker from Chelski in instead”, they’d have locked me up!!

Within months it’s a really good idea is it? Ok mate…

Classic case of careful what you wish for. As your Harry hater doesn’t want egg on his face he would back promoting the bloody tea lady to manager as to not look proved wrong!!

I feel we could have seized the opportunity with Harry over the next 3 seasons and not gone skint and been in the C.League every season. We will NOT finish top 4 for the foreseeable future now, if that is all alright with some fans then fine. To me its smacks of the Jol-Ramos change and the subsequent selling of our strike force and our ‘progression’ towards relegation under the watchful eye of Mr Comolli. It’s just the same, so don’t try and dress it up as anything else.

Those who wanted Harry out have to stand by it now… AVB ha ha ha… didn’t expect that one did you!!! LMFAO!!!

  • twigger says:

I hope its true that AVB is going to be our manager.Got to give him a chance. he is young, hungry and suits our style of play. He tried to get chelsea play the spurs way but their ageing players just cant adapt or play at that pace. Levy needs to back the next manager with cash to. we have plenty of deadwood to sell and money from the crouch, palacios and pav deals in january to spend also.

  • Sid Trotter says:

I would like AVB, O’Neill and Martinez to have an rg – their off-sprig would be aceptable to manage us

  • Ifonly says:

So the latest speculation has Damien Comolli (DoF) and AVB coming on board, that might work well?

Also has Tim Sherwood down as DoF – not too sure of that appointment though.

  • Lilywhite London says:

Comolli, sacked from us, then sacked from Liverpool for wasting bags of cash on players that don’t suit the team or are even good enough as he did with us. If this is true then Levy needs to be taken away by the men in white coats!!

AVB too, what is going on? Anyone who thinks this is going to get us anywhere near the top 4 or indeed work out to any degree need their heads tested… Truly staggering.
