Good evening viewers.

Day one at the John Terry trial. And may I take this opportunity to share a sterling tip for any budding racists in the house.

According to George Carter-Stephenson QC, you can call someone a naffing black cnut providing you maintain you are only sarcastically repeating words that someone wrongly thought you had previously used, ‘in response to goading rather than by way of exaggerated and instant querying of a perceived false allegation. ‘

Thank God that’s what was going on. For a few fleeting moments me and the rest of entire world thought that the Blues’ skip was being accused of doing something despicable. Let us pray that justice prevails and this pillar of the sporting community isn’t savaged by an unthinking judge who could cripple Mr Terry’s finances with a fine of up to £2500, let alone his robust reputation.

In more important news, I am told that Milos Krasic will be arriving in N17 for talks towards the latter part of this week. In fact on Thursday*.

Krasic was earlier this window linked with Liverpool but as will be come painfully apparent to the whining gits come August they aren’t able to offer any of their targets anywhere near what they need. All enquiries about that particular kettle of fish c/o Mssrs Comilli & Dalglish.

To add a little background heat to your supper this evening is this quite priceless piece of  additional information about Loic Remy. You know, that bloke we were ‘in for’?

It is suggested to me that Arry Redschnapps met with the player without the consent or remote knowledge of either Spurs or Marseille. More as I get it, my dears.

H, i hope your not intimating that mr redsnapps was trying to gain renumeration by using the entrance at the rear of the house? surely not!!

more meaningless and unsubstantiated rubbish; guessing you must have logged onto Twitter?

    • Harry Hotspur says:

Thank you for that invigorating contribution.

In a nutshell this comes from the same chap that told you about Vertonghen and AVB long before anyone else.

If I were you, I’d kill myself think a little longer before hitting the submit button.

Brentwood mate you could do a lot worse than check out a guy on Twitter called Greg stobart(gstobart)
Full proof and rarely wrong and I’ve not seen him say something is happening for definate and it NOT happen.
He gives Twitter a positive for me.

  • MarseilleYid says:

The Redknapp/Remy meeting was widely reported in the press here and Marseille did not issue any sort of “we are outraged” comment. In fact a club spokesman went on record about the Spurs bid. I don’t see any story here HH.

    • Harry Hotspur says:

Would you be genuinely offended if I asked you to point out where I said that anyone was ‘outraged’?

Comments like that are not helpful. Whether it was intentional or not, you made it look like I wrote something that I obviously didn’t.

      • MarseilleYid says:

Apologies if what I wrote looks like a criticism of you HH. That was not my intention. All I am saying is that if there was an authorized meeting, then Marseille would have issued an official “we are not happy with this” type statement. None was ever forthcoming, so I would suggest they knew about the meeting. La Provence reported their directors were there. If your ITK has proof otherwise, I’ll happily stand corrected.

  • Brooklyn Hotspur says:

With regards the Harry Redknapp/Loic Remy information I actually remember reading this in the press (sorry can’t remember which sorry Harryite red top printed it) at the time and laughing out loud. I was actually shocked that no one else seemed to pick up on it (then and now) because the comments from Remy’s camp were along the lines of “I’ll only join Spurs if Harry Redknapp is the manager”, which was stunning. Not least because it appeared Harry was meeting the player and agent outside of the club (at an airport, I think someone mentioned Paris, although that was after the report in the press) but more importantly it was the first clear indication that Harry KNEW he was going to get the chop and was trying to use Remy as a bargaining chip, and it lead to the rest of the comments from Twitchy about contracts and the squad being unsettled. I’d definitely like to know the full story behind that one. Knowing how Levy reacts I’m pretty sure Remy won’t be joining Spurs after that one!

    • MarseilleYid says:

      Revisionist drivel

      • Harry Hotspur says:

        You’re on fire tonight MarseilleYid.

I bet you anything you want that Brooklyn Hotspur’s memory is correct and he won’t be the only one of us that remember that “I’ll only join Spurs if Harry Redknapp is the manager” quote.

      • Brooklyn Hotspur says:

So responding to HH’s “It is suggested to me that Arry Redschnapps met with the player without the consent or remote knowledge of either Spurs or Marseille.” with a little retrospect is drivel?

Well thanks for adding such a wonderful addition to the discussion and providing such clarity. With all due respect, your mother should have swallowed you!

My first love is and always will be THFC. I live in Marseille and I’m a season ticket holder there. Remy is a fantastic player so you can imagine how excited I was at the links to Tottenham. I read everything I could on the story and spoke to lots of people about it. Everybody thought he was off and Marseille themselves knew about the meeting – club directors were there!!!!! So to say HR was using Remy as a bargaining chip – please don’t insult our intelligence.

        • LLL says:

I think MarseilleYid is probably right. Mainly because he is using his memory of written accounts and facts rather than wishy washy rumour on twitter and anonymous IDK’s and filling in the gaps with his own imaginings.

    • I think there is a link between Remy and this new coach we have.
When Harry came back from Paris he was carrying a bottle of Remy Martin

Let’s hope so, is the main concern that the players like him as last year he came across as a bit of a berk.
