Whoa there my American friend, be fair to Defoe. He’s scored good goals and played quite well against Chelsea, the jet lagged Dempsey was the weakness. Yes he’s greedy, lacks awareness and doesn’t really make life hard for centre backs but alongside Adebayor he’d get more space and score more goals.
