Evenin’ all.

So we managed to do that which the mighty Manchester United could not. Mind you, they probably didn’t get the benefit of being gifted a goal that was offside.

The linesman raised his flag and after the briefest of consultations Mike Dean overruled his assistant and the boos rang around Craven Cottage.

I couldn’t get a decent stream to work so gave up watching any. Aside from the scoreline, did we play well?

We were outstanding in parts. Fluent fast one touch football. VDV’s close control is amazing. The first 15-20 mins Fulham didn’t get out of their half. We fought to get the ball back, but we cannot convert posession in goals. We let them into the game and then gave them a sloppy goal. As usual. Although this team doesn;t like losing and we fought back for a deserved win. Pav was pretty good today. Sandro was good. The only player off colour was Modders.

Contrary to match reports on skysports and the daily mail I thought we were the better team before they scored. We certainly dominated the 1st 20 minutes or so. After that we looked the more likely to score a winner but Fulham were still a threat, mainly from set pieces.

Beat Everton next week and we go to Old Trafford level on points with United at the very least.

Just saw this on the BBC live feed:

    BREAKING INJURY NEWS
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp reveals defender Ledley King injured his groin against Fulham earlier today and will definitely sit out the midweek Champions League match at Inter Milan as well as next week’s Premier League tie against Everton.

Doesn’t bode well for midweek….is Kaboul fit?
