Curiously, Everton sit six places beneath the mighty Tottinghams in both the form table and the real one.

Everton have been ravaged by gout. Saha, Rodwell, Anichebe and Pienaar all unfit to undertake a lengthy coach journey, let alone kick a ball.  Spurs are without King, Daws and of course Woody. The great news is the flying Dutchman returns. Get in.

Kaboul returns and THFC remembered at least to register Sandro for Premierdship games. So that will all help. Kaboul looked brand new in early games and based on the other night, he’s been missed.

Betting wise I’d be confident enough to see a 3-0 win @22/1 covering the cost of a handsome take-away but what has caught me eye is Bale anytime scorer looking huge value at 3/1.

You know, unless we sell him for, ‘some beans’ to a passer by between now and tomorrow…

someone tell me why crouch and palacious started today? pav and sandro should have. crouch is actually a better impact sub than pav aswell. someone please enlighten me and help me understand these decisions………weekend ruined we should have done them no problem

Completely dumbfounded by the fact crouch was on the pitch that long. For his height he not very good at holding the ball up. When he gets it at his feet running at goal, he can’t even put it away properly. Bale is a left back and has a better shot on a goal. I’ve never liked this crouch fellow. He would be a good player at stoke or wolves. He just isn’t the type we want or need.
