Harrys’ stock is low if you go by internet forums. In the main he’s ok. Not much going on in demo’s or parer reports. He’s fine. Got an odd way of doing things at times but he gets results, best results we’ve had for a while. Harry Redknapp. COYS!
90% of people who use internet forums are life’s moaners anyway so no you can’t go by that, afterall when was the last time these same people wrote a letter praising someone or some product? They don’t, they only write when they want to complain so you only hear the complaints. Look at the papers or watch the news, it’s all bad news not good news because it is perceived that is what people want to hear.

FUCK-ALL yeah we finished fifth a feat jol achieved twice with a weaker squad and when the top four were at their strongest FACT, under ramos we beat a chelsea team that got to a european cup final and beat them for a trophy FACT and ok we got to a european quarter final which we got battered in FACT so whilst the last two seasons have been good with some very nice football i would hardly say they have been great seasons we have been a top five side now for four out of the last six years,at least when jol was here we wasnt been linked to the cast of DAD’S ARMY.

No im not saying that at all im just saying that harry’s achievements with us are not as good as he makes out and we have had it good before personally i think jol did a better job thats MY OPINION he had a lesser squad competing against a stronger top 4 than they are now and harry said before the man city game that the europa league would be a burden if we ended up in it how is this true if you get too the final it’s only 4 more games than the champion’s league is and then he states we are going to play kids which isn’t what i or many more spurs fans want i would like spurs to try and win it otherwise what’s the point in finishing fifth this year we might aswell come 8th then harry couldn’t moan about too many games next year distracting us from getting fourth it isnt easy to get in that group of four so id rather try to win the europa league i want to see us win something next year otherwise all our top player’s will say goodbye!.

Slightly skewed and twisted view there. Firstly, Harry didn’t say that the Europa League is beneath us, he said if we want to challenge, it will be hard playing games on Thursdays and Sundays as it knackers the players out, something echoed by a couple of the players afterwards. Secondly, what would you prefer, him to come out and say that Chelsea and City are no better than us. He is doing what some people call TELLING THE TRUTH, we can’t compete with them for wages or transfer fees. Just to disappoint you, we will not be spending £50M on one player this summer.
Hows playing in the champions league any different you still play two games a week do you here the porto manager moaning about his player’s being tired and they played 8 more games than us this year oh i forgot its only english teams that get tired playing twice a week you dont hear the other european teams moaning about it. There are some ‘supporters on this forum who think we live in a perfect world, where nobody does anything wrong! Wise up you guys, there will always be a for and an against for any argument. If you want to say haw brilliant Harry was thats fine but be prepared for people to be against what you are saying. Me I sit on the fence and have a go at both sets of supporters. I am a realist, I look at what harry says then I look at what the papers are saying and try and work out what he really means, I don’t get it right very often, but its fun and I dont upset anyone.

Problem during the transfer season is that you rarely get to review what Harry says. Most of the reports are about what some journo says Harry might be thinking…and that’s a little different.
What is disappointing is the comments made that actually assume these things are true…when they patently are not.
