Analysis & Ratings To Self Harm By

Hallo.

I’ve deliberately separated the analysis of the players from the manager because I maintain we’ve a great squad and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is bigger than one chimpanzee with a saucepan stuck on his head.

The lads are in their twenties and I don’t know about you but I was definitely an idiot when I was that age. God knows where my brain would have been if I was a millionaire as well as an idiot. Footballers are rarely better than their managers and coaches. When this does happen it is quite common for the players in this position to move onwards and upwards. In short, they aren’t a bad bunch, they just need managing.

So here’s run through of what I was watching…

6.009 He pulled off a cracking save. I’m terrified by his generally lack of mobility though. Like every goalie in the world he really does need a half decent crew in front of him.

7.008 I thought he had a good game. I’m infuriated that he’s crossing more balls in from the left than Bale because he’s not as dangerous as Bale. But Benny ain’t the manager…

3.008 He’s had it. And while his form/fitness plummets it is insane to pick him without him having done any training. Those days are long gone. He shouldn’t be allowed to play right now.

5.000 Not entirely woeful and now injured. Wonderful.

3.767 Pants defender, pants attacking wing thingy.

5.090 I started to warm to him and now I’m just seeing a J**** but thankfully minus that imbecilic tongue hanging out to indicate having recently run somewhere, perhaps returning a library book.

 1.100 He’s absolute rubbish.

7.777 Looked hungry out there yesterday but didn’t work any magic.

7.444 Loves being the middle. Someone should write that down on a post it note and then staple gun said note to Arry’s forehead.

6.222 He’s a card. Still driven by the vision. Should be driving a Yaris.

 5.000 Gave it a go, I suppose.

 7.555 Lovely goal.

7.444 Too often like a man with his laces tied together, sadly.

It’s been said that you gauge the character of a man not when things are going welll but when they are going badly.
Arry has no crisis plan – and christ do we need one. Can anyone honestly say they felt confident about a win once Norwich went ahead the first time?
Not sure whether sacking him or keeping him will make too much difference at this stage – only the players can demonstrate whether they want the CL and Wembley badly enough. Arry is a lost cause in the dressing room I suspect – what we do know however is that Arry is not the man to be trusted when things get tough. We will be playing to a half empty 56000 seat stadium if Levy doesn’t act at the end of the season …. as for England – can anyone at the FA honestly think that he’ll do any better in a prestige tournament than Hoddle, Erikson, Capello and all of the others who can’t handle the big time.

P45 will be issued to Harry at the end of season. Proven manager who has won national championship titles required: Candidates – Mourihno, Ancellotti, Capello, O’Neill, Van Gaal

Livermore was poor yesterday, he can usually stick to his job well but yesterday he was all over the place, in the bar at half time. Some of this I hope was due to the completely ineffective Modric who may as well have been eating doughnuts and drinking coffee while he played…..oh he was.

What would make Alan Davies a funny comedian…scars.

  • Kash says:

    1) Sack Arry ( take sacks of shit Joe and Kevin with you )
    2) GET CAPELLO IN NOW !!!(one of the best club record out there )
    3) Watch Arry make a true monkey of himself at the Euro’s
    4) Watch Karma work her magic.. The FA well and truly fecked up our season and now its payback time. Let the England fans suffer the ” Well you know ” speech after losing all 3 group games and watch JT bring home every STD known to man.

I both feel and like your vexedness. If there is such a word.

Alas, the first two will definitely not happen. The latter two will happen if the FA get their way.

BC , I would have prefferd Maureen but Levy might think he uses us as stepping stone to Man Utd. But I thought it was grim up norf

        • Big Chud says:

I too would like to see Maureen, but I think it would be him rather than Levy that would be the reason why not.

The thing about the “E-special-ly Cryptic Portugeezer” is that he has never proved he genuinely is a world class manager by taking a club from just below the top, to the top. Porto, Chelsea, Inter and now Real are all easy FM teams to win the league and other trophies with within their respective leagues.

Point being that Man Utd would be another easy cop out for him. Good god man, show the world you actually can do it with potential too!

Is that the same bloke who’s just blown a 15 point lead, with all the money in Spain and an inherited team of international’s?

  • abe says:

Uhh you gave Defoe that score just because he scored a nice goal. What else did he do? and did you give Nelson a 1.1?

    • Eyeball Paul says:

Defoe had one chance and scored. What more does he have to do?

Is he our top scorer this season? Fair play to him, he has put up with some brutal treatment this season (and last) and always gives his all for our cause.

Nelson was rubbish. His control, tackling, judgement were awful. He will leave with harry in the summer, I hope

Defoe scores goals King and his defence let two in Wigan Beat Utd 1-0 of the score was 1-0 to Norwich Defoe should be called.Would you score three then sit and watch Sandro Parker and Van get a 0-0 and beat on penalty’s i fikin wouldnt. You will be singing his name if he scores our winner on my 60 Birthday on Sunday 50 years a Spurs
